1. Start With Your Idea
Every commission begins with your idea. Hanes will work with you by phone or email to discuss the details of your desired piece or installation, refining the design until everything is just right.

2. Finalize the Design & Price
Once the design and price are agreed upon, the email correspondence serves as the contract.

3. Secure Your Commission
A deposit will be agreed upon and paid by Venmo (@hanes-hoffman) or check. An invoice can be provided for your records.

4. Packing & Worldwide Shipping
Bluewater Copper Works takes great care in packing each piece and proudly ships worldwide.
